If your reservation did not include a SkyMiles number at the time of booking, you will need to locate your 13-digit ticket number beginning with 006.

You can find the ticket number on your cancel confirmation email entitled “Here's Your Delta Cancellation Confirmation” or your flight purchase email from DeltaAirLines@t.delta.com entitled “Your Flight Receipt."

STEP 3: FIND YOUR eCREDIT

Once you have located the 13-digit ticket number, enter it within the Certificate or eCredit # field on delta.com/redeem and click “Look Up.”
